Monitoring - All of our systems have been operating normally for the past 1.5 hours, with no reported incidents or customer impact. We are actively monitoring their updates and will share additional information if there are any changes affecting our services.
Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating - Customers using the Identity Platform may experience issues during login or accessing the Identity Console.
We have identified the root cause as an ongoing issue with underlying AWS services. We are working with the vendor to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Attention: CyberArk will be moving to a new Status Page vendor on the 2nd of March. Benefits will include a single, unified experience when looking at our status page, the ability to see the status of all our SaaS services from the top-level page, which will remain status.cyberark.com. You will be able to subscribe at the top level or navigate to individual service pages to subscribe only to the regions, environments, or components relevant to you.
There is no anticipated downtime for this event. All current subscriptions should be mapped directly over, and existing bookmarks should redirect to the new pages. The only action that you may need to take is to update any webhooks after the migration to leverage the new vendor’s webhook URLs. If you are using the RSS feed, that will not be available on the new platform.
A similar notice will be placed once the migration is complete to notify you in the case that you have any actions to take. Posted on
