Customers in Us-East-1 may experience issues with slow login to the Idaptive User portal or Admin Portal. Errors may have included messages regarding “Storage Layer Exception” or complete login failure. Engineers have verified a reduction in the errors that were causing the improper flow of information and we are resolving this incident at this time. Updates will be provided every 60 minutes until resolved.
